About the Brand

Ideally Beverages is a supplemented beverage brand creating Canada’s only bedtime beverage.

Designed to support healthier evening rituals, its naturally supplemented drink combines magnesium and L-theanine to help you unwind, sleep better, and wake up feeling restored.

Ideally is for anyone looking to live more ideally, believing that better rest and recovery are essential to both physical and emotional health.

More than creating better sleep, the brand is building a community of people committed to living better and dreaming bigger.

Meet the Founder

Delaney is a Canadian entrepreneur from Port Moody, British Columbia, who has always prioritised physical and mental health, believing that feeling healthy and strong is the foundation of high performance.

Before founding Ideally Beverages, she worked in sales, launched her own marketing agency, and co-founded Kivo, a red light therapy company.

How She Started

Delaney first had the idea for Ideally’s bedtime beverage while finishing her BBA and working full time in sales, when stress and long days began to disrupt her sleep.

After experimenting with natural supplements like magnesium and L-theanine, she noticed a clear improvement but realised that quality sleep also depended on creating a proper wind-down ritual.

That insight led her to create a bedtime beverage designed to improve sleep quality while encouraging intentional wind-down time and better sleep hygiene.

What She Learned

Delaney has learned don't leave anything left in the tank. If you have a dream, goal, or vision, go all in until you have nothing left to give.

Don't let the fear of being judged stop you from being seen. You're never going to look back on your life and regret chasing your dreams and showing up as you (even if it's uncomfortable).
